No food made today is right for all dogs.  I have heard many salespeople for dog foods make ridiculous claims as to how prefectly nutritious their traditional food products are for any dog, regardless of their dog's medical condition.       As you can see my dogs are healthy with extra shiny coats.  I owe it to the raw diet I feed them.  I knew about raw diets more than 20yrs ago and had tried it for my cats.  It wasn't popular and I had to make my own which is time consuming.  I am thankful that I live in a town that has an awesome holistic feed store and am able to buy it.

      I then told her it was raw food and I just take precautions as if I were going to eat it re; not letting it sit out for hours, cleaning and disinfecting the work area after preparing their food, and impeccable cleanliness with their dog bowls.
